1975-1981 1. Admission to Northwestern University (Chicago,
Illinois) "Honors Program in Medical Education," a six year
integrated program leading to a Baccalaureate in Medical Science
and Doctorate in Medicine.
1981-1982 2. A categorical Internship was completed at St. Joseph's
Hospital, Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois. A private affiliate
of Northwestern University Medical School.
1982-1985 3. Three year residency in Ophthalmology at the New
York Eye & Ear Infirmary, New York City.
1985-1986 4. HEED Fellow in Oculo-Facial, Reconstructive and
Orbital Surgery (ASOPRS) under Allen Putterman, M.D. at Illinois
Eye & Ear Infirmary, Michael Reese Medical Center, Chicago,
Illinois.
1985-1986 5. Clinical instructor and Attending Surgeon Illinois
Eye & Ear Infirmary, University of Chicago, and Michael
Reese Hospital and Medical Center.
