Male Blepharoplasty

2 patients with severe birth tumor defects "capillary hemangioma". Both these children were
surgically excised with advanced laser surgical methods.

2 different children:

Left child needed very complicated surgery due to multiple tumors throughout right side of face, cheek, lids, eye socket, skull, forehead and skin. After a series of treatments and surgeries with a variety of state of the art technologies this little girl and her family are now able to enjoy a normal happy life.

To the right is a child that is midway through a non-surgical process that already achieved 90% cure...

It is important to note that every patient and child is evaluated and treated as a unique individual with care tailored and customized to meet their medical/emotional/and family needs to achieve as ideal and realistic a result as possible.

Male small incision "Mini-Necklift".

This woman suffered severe complications
from over-correction of her eyelid and facelift resulting in severe scarring and retraction of her lids and face. This caused inability to close her eyes and move her face properly.

Each patient had a unique surgical plan to restore both form and function giving them back their health, comfort, appearance and dignity. In each case special techniques were used to address these womens special needs.

Many different materials and methods are available for 3-dimensional sculpting and augmentation of soft tissue of the face. Dr. Millman is experienced and familiar with all current and new methods under development. Again the very special and unique desires and goals are assessed to develop a
custom treatment plan for each patient. The most common areas of patient interest
are lip, cheek, perioral (smokers lines, and lower jaw marionette lines), the nasolabial folds from the nose to the corner of the lips, scars-wounds, surgical, and acne, aging lines, wrinkles and furrows.

Frequently the combination of tissue augmentation with skin smoothing can provide beautiful youthful effects. These can commonly be done on a simple
office visit, or are sometimes combined with other aesthetic facial enhancements.
